Halacha

The halacha curriculum emphasizes the principles and practical applications of Jewish law. Students attain a clear understanding of significant halachos including the laws of Shabbos, holidays, and prayer; laws of interpersonal relationships, including shemiras halashon, kibbud av v’em, tzedakah, hachnosas orchim, and bikur cholim; and laws of kashrus and berachos. Students emerge with the ability to integrate the intricacies of Jewish law into their lives.
