Admissions Guide & Process

Welcome to Hillel Academy of Pittsburgh and thank you for your interest.

How to Apply
Applying is easy using our online application.  A non-refundable fee of $125 must be submitted with each application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Supplemental Items

With every application we also require:

- $125 application fee (non-refundable)

- a copy of your child's birth certificate

High School Student Supplement

- A recent digital photo of your child

- Transcript (grades 1-12)

Teacher recommendation (grades N-12)

Tuition worksheet (early childhood)

Extended day forms (if applicable)

- Medical report and immunization records
